Our simple motto allows us to align our breathing and heart rate variability. When cheering for your favorite player or team be sure you are waving a product that has MEANING GET ICED- Inhale confidence exhale doubt. When we combine BAA (breath, action to the breath and add in a affirmation) the best version of yourself and the team comes out.
