Virtual Training (Mental/3)

Virtual training “mental” is for the player that resides outside the area or an athlete that can’t get a session locally due to our limited spots available.  These are offered in a series of 3 with each session lasting 20-30 minutes in length.  Topics will include strategies that will enhance the athletes performance that has been game tested!!  Session 1 will focus on long term development, session 2 immediate preparation for performance and finally session 3 learning to managing the stressors of competition to finish up the program.  Please note in order to get into this program the client must commit to 3 sessions.

Some of the things we will focus on will be maintaining a high level of self motivation, the use of positive self talk, the use of positive mental imagery, learn to properly manage anxiety, words of success and a lot more.  These will be scheduled thru Coach Rick after purchasing and will be conducted thru a zoom meeting.  There will be homework after each meeting for the athlete to complete prior to the next scheduled session.
