
WHY IS IT VITAL TO GET ICED?
A word becomes a thought and a thought can create an action. GET ICED?? “inhale confidence exhale doubt” BREATHE AND FIND YOUR INNER POWER. Getting in the proper mindset sets you up to allow your habits to play rather than your thoughts. It has to do with the part of the brain called the Reticular Activating System (RAS) which is the mechanism in your brain that helps make goals happen.
Finally, a product that has meaning where you can see it during competitive games so you can act on this sight which will have a full body impact!! Don’t depend on just remembering when the game speeds up on you! BRIDGE YOUR TRAINING TO GAMES b/c we all perform better when ICED (relaxed). Get ICED like Mike Yastrzemski (below) of the San Francisco Giants!
