Personalized Training
TOTD Sports Performance personalized training programs are about providing the one-on-one attention people deserve so they can achieve what matters most to them. We create customized personal training plans that draw upon our methodology and help people succeed. If it’s to increase performance thru baseball or softball bio mechanics or increase bio physical movement efficiency thru a personalized strength program we have you covered.
Many performance and movement issues are not black and white it takes understanding of how a clients body moves to get to the core of the problem and this is why having a “personalized” approach is key. If it’s understanding a clients movement profile, mental blocks or movement limitations due to past injuries we will look at the whole picture and find a solution. We will use different tools as needed to help us with this process.
The design of each one-on-one training session is based on an initial orientation and then future sessions will guide us to what and how we move forward . We will adjust plans when needed because no two sessions are the same. We adjust our sessions based on feedback that will be given to us from the client before that specific session to help dissect and offer the most comprehensive learning and adaptation environment possible.
