At TOTD Sports Performance, we are intrigued on human performance. With research and our relentless pursuit of the best training methods, we combine tested and proven training methodology with the latest and most innovative techniques to produce the best results possible. We have a simple belief that training programs should be created to help individuals of every athletic ability achieve their goals and reach their full potential in their sport. The fundamentals and structure of our programs are designed to optimize the athletic performance of any athlete in any sport.
Our initial new client consultation we do a lower and upper body assessment testing asymmetry (muscle unbalances and the quality of the muscle contraction) and as we feel needed we also use the Function Movement Screen (FMS) & the Y Balance Test (YBT). This allows us to fix movement limitations prior to engaging into any type of strength exercises. This is key to INJURY PREVENTION! You can’t put a load on a dysfunctional system and expect it to not break down at some point (injury). We will also dive deeper as we feel needed with our hip/shoulder and muscle contraction (Dynamometer) quality testing.
Raise your game or take your team to the next level. Our sports performance training programs provide individualized training based on personal goals and sport-specific demands.
We help and train all athletes in ALL SPORTS!

We train all skill sets in baseball and softball. To ensure lasting success, we work on all facets of the athlete’s game, including visual training, mental conditioning, hand eye coordination reaction exercises and athlete life skills (leadership, accountability and goal setting). We also believe data is important when you are trying to perfect a movement such as throwing, swinging and running with maximum efficiency. To assist with this we use at the majority of our sessions the same training devices the professional athletes use such as the K Motion 3D Evaluation/Biofeedback system, Fitlight training system, Rapsodo, Stalker radar, the Diamond Kinetics hitting sensor and/or Pulse throwing sensor as we feel is needed. We also use OnForm/V1 Sports video programs for all our video skill analysis.
